How Much Does Corporate AI Training Cost in Kenya?

There is no published market price for corporate AI training in Kenya, because providers quote privately after they look at the work. Rather than invent a range, it is more useful to understand what drives the number and how to budget for it.

Five things set most quotes. Group size comes first: training thirty people costs more in total than training eight, though the cost per person usually falls. Customisation is next, and it is the part worth paying for, since adapting exercises to your documents and industry is what makes training stick. The number and length of sessions matter too, because a single workshop costs far less than a programme spread over weeks. Follow up, such as office hours and short reviews, adds cost, and it is usually what makes the skill last. Travel adds the final margin when sessions happen at your offices.

For a floor, you can use our own published course prices: our self paced courses run from KSh 6,500 per person for Thinking With AI, about six and a half hours, to KSh 12,000 for AI-Fluent Operator at roughly 18 hours. Live, customised corporate programmes sit above that, and our training engagements typically run three to six weeks.

When you budget, write the outcome first, for example managers drafting reports with AI within a month, then ask two providers to quote the same brief. Identical briefs are the only fair way to compare prices.
