How Much Does an AI Trainer Charge in Kenya?

AI trainers in Kenya do not work from a published rate card, so the honest starting point is how they charge rather than a single number. Most quotes follow one of three models.

Per session is the simplest: one workshop, usually half a day or a full day, priced for the whole group. It suits awareness sessions or a single skill. Per person pricing appears on open courses where individuals enrol on their own, and our own courses at EddyLabs work this way. Per programme is the common shape for corporate work: a package of sessions across several weeks, usually with customisation and follow up built in.

The price then moves with five things: group size, how deeply the content is customised, whether sessions are recorded, what follow up support is included, and travel if the trainer comes to your office.

I will not quote a market range, because I could not verify live rates and a wrong number is worse than no number. What you can check today is our own published floor: our self paced courses sell at KSh 6,500 to KSh 12,000 per person, and they are recorded rather than live, so customised live corporate training sits above that. When you collect quotes, ask each trainer for a written breakdown listing sessions, materials and follow up, so you compare the same things rather than the same labels.
